Latvian SS Collar Tab Set

Rare Lavian example of the SS runic collar tab and unterscharführer rank.  They are constructed out of a tan buckram base with a black glued on ribbed wool covering.  Runes are held in pace with prongs.  Metal is bright underneath a dull painted finish which is about 70% intact.  The reverse is covered with paper.  Not sure if it was from a scrapbook or was part of the manufacturing process.  Minor soiling to the front.  Beautiful matched pair.  Guaranteed original with a 7 day inspection period.
